Focus Hope House

The FOCUS Reentry Program provides the opportunity for women to make a successful reintegration into society. This faith-based program provides a therapeutic home, case management, transportation, and more. The program’s goal is not merely to reduce recidivism, but also to empower women to make meaningful contributions to their families and community.

The program has two reentry homes that are designed to ensure a smooth transition from incarceration to thriving independently.

The FOCUS Hope House is a State-Approved Transitional Home designed to help women build a firm foundation immediately after incarceration.
The FOCUS Freedom House is the next step in the reentry process. It provides the same supportive network and a lower level of structure.

Focus Ministries

FOCUS Ministries provides hope for incarcerated and newly-released women through strategic programming inside correctional facilities and comprehensive support after incarceration. Their purpose is to empower women to break the generational cycles of addiction and incarceration so they can walk in the true freedom of Christ.

Reentry program students participate in a six-month residential program designed for therapeutic community, strategic case management, healthy support/supervision, long-term recovery assistance, and multi-generational mentoring opportunities.

Reentry program students are assisted with finding jobs. Students are encouraged to develop a strong work ethic and superb budget management. Successful students will go on to retain sustainable-wage employment beyond the one-year timeframe.
