Lazarus Project Knoxville is a one-year residential recovery program providing structured substance abuse services via a social model of recovery that extends medical and behavioral health care coordination, employment linkage, psychosocial skills coaching, physical health and education, nutrition, budgeting, legal case management, and life skills training.

They also offer transitional living and independent living programs.

Miracle Lake

If you’re struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, Miracle Lake Christian Training Center is the place for you. They use a biblical approach to recovery by establishing a relationship with Jesus Christ. They offer a structured schedule, group class, group therapy, recreational therapy, individual counseling and various other beneficial activities. The initial program is 10 weeks, but they do offer extended stay and job placement programs as well.

Omega House

The twin facilities provide separate gender-specific centers for substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation. While Sober Living Services offers treatment to male clients, Omega House treats female clients.

This facility offers rehabilitation services for alcohol and chemical dependencies through therapies that are rooted in 12-step philosophy. Their aim is to enliven the spiritual pathways of a client’s mind and body. This process entails a complete recalibration of the client’s self-image and source of happiness so they no longer depend on the high derived from alcohol consumption or substance abuse.

Both facilities for men and women enforce a zero tolerance policy towards drug abuse by resident clients.

At Priority House, they are committed to providing a safe, supportive, common sense, recovery environment. The program is designed to support each resident develop personal responsibility.

Staff members assist residents in establishing and developing personal priorities necessary to rebuild and reclaim their lives.

Goals include: obtaining employment, participating in 12 step meetings, obtaining 12 step sponsorship, and developing educational goals.
