Threshold Recovery has multiple 12-step based sober living homes/halfway houses to assist those leaving substance abuse treatment to transition into day-to-day living without the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

They provide long-term transitional living services in a safe, secure, and healthy family environment. They are designed to assist small groups of committed people seeking recovery from the disease of addiction and provide sober living for women and men.

Integrity House

Integrity House is a Recovery residence for men. They have multiple Locations in the greater Knoxville area with minimal waiting lists.
Each of their locations are centrally located to bus stops and local job opportunities.
THey work with local courts, community corrections, TDOC & Probation to help each of their residents stay in the highest level of compliance as possible.
they work with community partners in job placement, community counseling services, insurance applications, and primary care agencies.
They have a program that is family friendly and will position each of their residents for success in re-establishing relationships.

Omega House

The twin facilities provide separate gender-specific centers for substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation. While Sober Living Services offers treatment to male clients, Omega House treats female clients.

This facility offers rehabilitation services for alcohol and chemical dependencies through therapies that are rooted in 12-step philosophy. Their aim is to enliven the spiritual pathways of a client’s mind and body. This process entails a complete recalibration of the client’s self-image and source of happiness so they no longer depend on the high derived from alcohol consumption or substance abuse.

Both facilities for men and women enforce a zero tolerance policy towards drug abuse by resident clients.

Lighthouse Mission Ministries (Safe Harbor)

Lighthouse Mission Ministries provides Safe Harbor of Memphis Program which includes emergency shelter and transitional housing for single men, substance abuse therapy, employment preparation, job training, life skills development and a back to work program. They also provide court-related services for justice impacted people enrolled in the program. The program is faith-based and church services are available to those who wish to attend.

Client participation lasts for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.

Hours:
Office Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Intake Process:
Call for details or walk in Mon – Fri 8:00 am -5:00 pm or Saturday by appointment.

Program Fees:
No cost for those who are unemployed; after employment is secured, participants are asked to reimburse approximately one-third of the cost of their care, on a sliding-scale basis capped at $175.00/week. Transportation related to medical, court, legal, or other non-work related appointments is provided at no charge.
