Lighthouse Mission Ministries (Safe Harbor)

Lighthouse Mission Ministries provides Safe Harbor of Memphis Program which includes emergency shelter and transitional housing for single men, substance abuse therapy, employment preparation, job training, life skills development and a back to work program. They also provide court-related services for justice impacted people enrolled in the program. The program is faith-based and church services are available to those who wish to attend.

Client participation lasts for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.

Hours:
Office Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Intake Process:
Call for details or walk in Mon – Fri 8:00 am -5:00 pm or Saturday by appointment.

Program Fees:
No cost for those who are unemployed; after employment is secured, participants are asked to reimburse approximately one-third of the cost of their care, on a sliding-scale basis capped at $175.00/week. Transportation related to medical, court, legal, or other non-work related appointments is provided at no charge.

Their service-intensive transitional housing program offers a safe, sober and supportive living environment for men wanting to turn their lives around. Merited Favour Safe House

Merited Favor Safe House is a safe place to start fresh, to reclaim the life you envisioned. Their safe house is here to provide a new path to individual recently released from treatment facilities, jail/ prison.

Target population for (M F S H) is women recently released from institutions referred by courts and other resource, recognizing the need for structure and secured M F S H works with other organizations off site. They offer their residents the opportunities needed to create a solid and productive foundation for their lives, through programmatic and support service.

Each resident will commit to residing in the safe house for a minimum of 120 days and if program compliant, may stay up to one year.
