Behavioral Health Group
Behavioral health Group provides outpatient substance abuse counseling and medication-assisted treatment (Methadone or Buprenorphine) for individuals experiencing opioid addictions.
Applicants will need a photo ID and a letter from a friend or relative stating the applicant is seeking treatment for an opioid addiction. The letter must include how long the friend/relative has known the applicant.
