Through THEI's annual events, we aim to foster understanding, advocate for change, and provide support to the justice-impacted community. Join us in our mission to create a more equitable and compassionate society for all.
Discover how THEI is making a difference through our diverse range of events, including fundraisers, conferences, and community gatherings. Each event is designed to inspire dialogue, promote education, and empower individuals to take action.
Second Chance Month, observed in the United States during April, is a nationwide effort to raise awareness of the collateral consequences of a criminal conviction and unlock second-chance opportunities for justice-involved individuals returning to their communities.
At THEI, we challenge the term "second chances," advocating instead for justice-impacted individuals' right to the same opportunities as everyone else. We believe in going beyond second chances, redefining justice, and striving for a society where everyone has equal access to opportunities for growth, success, and a fulfilling life.
Join us for our inaugural conference, "She Changes Everything," on May 23, 2024. This groundbreaking event will spotlight women in reentry, addressing their unique challenges and celebrating their achievements.
Connected Reentry collaborates with state and community partners to offer a comprehensive range of services for our students transitioning out of prison. By reducing recidivism rates, promoting public safety, and fostering autonomy and success, Connected Reentry paves the way for brighter futures.
