Volunteers for Recovery

Volunteers for Recovery is an all men’s recovery center. They have 60 male beds across five homes; male graduate homes are for men that graduate the program that are not ready to move out on their own.

Some of their services include: A&D education/treatment, Life Skills, Parenting, Anger Management, GED, Employment Assistance, Supportive Services. Program is part of “Back to Work Program”.

Transportation is provided to and from employment assignments and twelve step meetings.

Lighthouse Mission (Safe Harbor)

Lighthouse mission (Safe Harbor) of Memphis is a program which includes emergency shelter and transitional housing for single men, substance abuse therapy, employment preparation, job training, life skills development and a back to work program. They also provide court-related services for justice impacted individuals enrolled in the program.

The program is faith-based and church services are available to those who wish to attend.
